In a real kitchen brigade, a demi chef works one rung below the sous chef: trusted with responsibility, always alongside the chef, never in place of them. That is the design principle behind DemiChef AI: assist, never replace.

Fred Raynaud

Fred Raynaud, WCMC, is a Global Certified Master Chef, author, novelist, and screenwriter. His career is built on the same discipline in every direction: turning deep, field-tested expertise into structures other people can use — in the kitchen, on the page, and on screen.

He founded Keystone and its family of platforms, Chef Architect Studio and DemiChef AI, alongside CELI, the Culinary Executive Leadership Institute, where his published framework, The Chef Architect, is taught and applied. He is also the founder of Seer Studios, the creative studio behind the Last Nephilim Universe, an expanding cyberpunk supernatural franchise currently in development.
